Spring is finally starting to show up here in East Idaho and it feels like the community is waking back up right along with it. Warmer days, longer evenings, and more events popping up every week. I even turned my sprinklers on which might be a little optimistic, but I’m rolling with it. From Easter events this week to concerts, festivals, and everything in between, there is a lot happening around Idaho Falls. Here’s what’s coming up 👇

🍧 ^{_{New Business Coming to Idaho Falls: Zeppe’s Italian Ice}}

A refreshing new dessert spot is coming to Idaho Falls with Zeppe’s Italian Ice & Frozen Custard expected to open in Spring 2026. Originally founded in Utah, Zeppe’s is known for its authentic Italian ice made with fresh ingredients along with rich, creamy frozen custard.

One of their most popular menu items is the “gelata,” a layered combination of Italian ice and custard that gives you the best of both worlds. With a wide variety of rotating flavors and customizable treats, it’s a unique alternative to traditional ice cream.

The new location is planned near 17th Street across from Tractor Supply, bringing a fun and refreshing dessert option just in time for warmer weather.
